These terms govern your use of reviewmat.com and the services provided by Cloudgen Marketing Inc., operating as ReviewMat ("ReviewMat"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

Services

ReviewMat helps businesses request Google reviews from their customers by email and SMS, respond to reviews, and track results. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, ratings, or search rankings.

Free trial and billing

• New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required to start the trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and is billed monthly in advance.
• Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes (GST/HST).
• There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your responsibilities

• You must have your customers' consent, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), before we message them on your behalf.
• You must follow Google's review policies. Review requests are sent to all customers; you may not offer incentives for reviews or post fake reviews.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer information you provide.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ReviewMat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify active clients of material changes by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
