Cloudgen Marketing Inc., operating as ReviewMat ("ReviewMat", "we", "us"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through reviewmat.com and our services, how we use it, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, and business name, for example when you book a demo or sign up.
- Billing information, processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Information about our clients' customers that clients provide so we can send review requests on their behalf.
- Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
How we use it
- To schedule and confirm demo calls and send reminders by email and SMS.
- To provide, bill for, and support our services.
- To send marketing messages only where you have given consent; you can withdraw consent at any time.
Email and SMS
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving SMS. Message and data rates may apply.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our services, including scheduling (Cal.com), email delivery (Resend), SMS (Twilio), payments (Stripe), hosting (Vercel), data storage (Supabase), and our client automation platform. They may process data outside Canada, and only use it to provide services to us.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it with reasonable safeguards.
